I had such a great experience at Transforming Struggles, Donna was amazing. We started with an Ionic Foot Detox which helps pull toxins from the body, afterwards she did a light foot, hand and lower arm massage.

Once finished, we moved onto The Indian Head Massage. We started off talking about any problem areas that I had or any other concerns I may have. Afterwards, I was given a soft robe to change into.

Next, you move to the massage table for back, arms, neck and head massage. Wonderful oils are massaged into your skin, scalp and hair. I left the oils in my hair over night to get the full benefit of them (soap & shower cap provided). Donna was able to work out a knot in my back that has been bothersome in the past.

As all this was going on, soft soothing music was playing that helped you relax (I just about fell asleep!)

All in all, a wonderful relaxing appointment, would rebook again! Thank you, Donna!
